Beginning February 2022, eligible Claimants are sent an email regarding instructions on how to redeem their share from the settlement of
the class action Atkinson et al. v. Minted, Inc., Case No. 3:20-cv-03869-VC.
The final pro rata share of the Settlement Cash Payment amount was determined pursuant to the terms of the Court-approved Settlement.
